2 cups water
1⁄2 cup sugar
1⁄4 cup agave nectar
3 tablespoons dried lavender
2 cups fresh squeezed lemon juice
4 cups water
Place sugar and water in a small saucepan and bring to a simmer. Whisk until sugar is dissolved.
Remove from heat and stir in agave nectar and dried lavender. Cover and let steep 15 minutes.
Strain lavender, making sure to release all juices and syrup.
Combine lemon juice, lavender mixture, and water in a large pitcher.
Refrigerate until cool and serve over ice.
