We currently ship to the Continental US, Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada. Different shipping rates apply to each location and are outlined below. We ship orders on a first-in, first-out basis. We do not currently ship to customers internationally. If you are an international retailer looking to purchase please contact us here.
Customers can access their tracking number on our website via the Track Orders page. Orders can also be tracked by clicking on the tracking link included in the shipping confirmation email or by calling customer service at 1-877-403-9001.
Important Note: No tracking information will be available until your product has shipped. Please check ship dates on any pre-orders to better understand when you will receive tracking information.
Important Note: Estimated shipping dates specify when a product is expected to leave our warehouse, not when the product will arrive at your location. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery dates vary based on the shipping method and shipping address.
Shipping to the Continental US
We offer FREE Shipping to the Continental US on all orders. Expedited shipping options will become available after the pre-order time period.
Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska
We offer a discounted shipping rate to Hawaii and Alaska. We offer this at a flat rate of $50 per order. Expedited shipping options will become available after the pre-order time period.
Shipping to Canada
All prices shown on sovarocoolers.com are in US currency. Shipping rates to Canada will be calculated at checkout and are based on our International Shipping Rates. Expedited Shipping and shipping to Post Office Boxes are not available at this time.
Pre-orders allow consumers to reserve their Sovaro Coolers in the exact finish and size preferred. Estimated ship dates are provided on the Product Information page as well as at Checkout. In processing a pre-order, your credit card will not be charged until the product ships. When the product is ready to ship, the customer’s credit card will be verified and charged. The customer that is being billed for the order will receive a delivery confirmation email along with tracking information.
We will notify you, at the email address for your account, of any delay in shipment date and your rights to cancel or confirm the order. Your payment information will be used at the time of shipment to process charges for the product(s) shipped.
