Shipping Terms – Returns
We currently ship to the Continental US, Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada. Different shipping rates apply to each location and are outlined below. We ship orders on a first-in, first-out basis. We do not currently ship to customers internationally. If you are an international retailer looking to purchase please contact us here.
Customers can access their tracking number on our website via the Track Orders page. Orders can also be tracked by clicking on the tracking link included in the shipping confirmation email or by calling customer service at 1-877-403-9001.
Important Note: No tracking information will be available until your product has shipped.
Important Note: Estimated shipping dates specify when a product is expected to leave our warehouse, not when the product will arrive at your location. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery dates vary based on the shipping method and shipping address.
Shipping to the Continental US
We offer FREE Shipping to the Continental US on all orders. Expedited shipping options are available, but orders MUST be placed by 12:00pm central time in order to arrive the following business day (excluding holidays and weekends).
Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska
We offer a discounted shipping rate to Hawaii and Alaska. Shipping rates to Hawaii and Alaska will be calculated at checkout.
Shipping to Canada
All prices shown on sovarocoolers.com are in US currency. Shipping rates to Canada will be calculated at checkout and are based on our International Shipping Rates. Expedited Shipping and shipping to Post Office Boxes are not available at this time.
By placing an order on this Website, you indicate that you have read and agree to the following Returns Policy and to Sovaro’s Website Terms and Conditions. In addition, the following describes other policies and procedures that apply to your orders for Sovaro Outlet merchandise.
Quantities and Prices May Change. Prices and quantities for merchandise on this Website are subject to change without notice. Any changes in prices or quantity will be effective immediately and reflected on this Website, so you should refresh your browser to make sure you are viewing the most current version of our website. You should also confirm the quantity and price of each item in your Shopping Cart prior to placing your order.
Changes/Cancellations of Orders. If you need to cancel or change an order, please call us as soon as possible with the details of the order, and we can then confirm if we are able to cancel or modify your order. If we are not able to modify or cancel your order, you can refuse the package at time of delivery, but you will still be responsible for all shipping charges for that merchandise.
Please ensure, prior to placing your order, that your Shopping Cart order (and prices) has been carefully checked for accuracy. If you find an error in your shipping information, please call us as soon as possible to get this information corrected.
Returns of Defective Merchandise. Merchandise cannot be returned without following all of the procedures set forth below. Defective merchandise can only be returned in exchange for the exact same merchandise or, at Sovaro’s sole discretion, the purchase price can be refunded to the original method of payment you used for the purchase. Sovaro will not accept returns of merchandise based on damage or shortage claims that are not noted by the delivery service and reflected on the bill of lading (or otherwise reflected in a damage report) created at the time of delivery.
The risk of loss for the defective merchandise being returned to Sovaro shall be with you at all times during the shipment of such merchandise. Title to the merchandise being returned will remain with you at all times and transfer from you to Sovaro, only upon receipt of the merchandise by Sovaro. For merchandise that we verify to be defective, Sovaro will reimburse you for your original shipping expenses, provided that your defective merchandise is shipped via ground shipment only.
Defective merchandise must be returned to Sovaro in original packaging and in good condition. If you follow the procedures described below, upon the return of merchandise which Sovaro finds to be defective, Sovaro will, at no cost to you, ship a replacement. However, Sovaro cannot refund the shipping cost of returned items. Sovaro may, in its sole discretion, issue you a refund in lieu of replacing defective merchandise in which case Sovaro will refund your purchase price. If your return of defective merchandise fails to meet the applicable criteria listed below, the merchandise will be returned to you at your cost. All requests for return of defective merchandise must include the following at the time of return:
- Signed Merchandise Return Request (“MRR”)
- Original shipping packaging (original box, packing materials, etc.)
- Original packing slip and UPC barcode
- The returned defective merchandise must be complete and include all parts
- Manufacturer documentation (manuals, warranty cards, registration information, etc.)
Please write the MRR number on the address label used to return the defective merchandise to Sovaro. The MRR number must not be written on the original manufacturer’s packaging or box.
You must notify Sovaro of your desire to return defective merchandise within three (3) days of receipt of such merchandise, and you must return the defective merchandise to Sovaro within two (2) weeks of your original receipt of such merchandise. Once your return request is processed, and is verified to meet the basic criteria above and to be defective, your replacement merchandise will be sent to you in a reasonable period of time, depending on replacement merchandise availability.
SOVARO DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IF RESPONSIBLE FOR DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY OR CONDITION, OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or exclusions or limitations on the duration of implied warranties or conditions, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
